We offer Problem-solving training to both individuals and organizations because it enables us to exert control over our environment. Problem-solving gives us a mechanism for identifying these things, figuring out why they are broken and determining a course of action to fix them through the problem-solving process.

We offer individual and or group mental health education. Just like any other disease, mental health disorders are treatable and help is available. Increasing awareness of mental illness increases knowledge of mental illness. And with more knowledge, there is less stigma.

We offer training in Human Development. It is about expanding the richness of human life, rather than simply the richness of the economy in which human beings live. It is an approach that is focused on people and their opportunities and choices. Human development focuses on improving the lives people lead rather than assuming that economic growth will lead, automatically, to greater wellbeing for all.

We offer training in Crisis Prevention which includes methods that are intended to keep people from experiencing future crisis. They include teaching strategies of crisis intervention. For crisis prevention, these strategies often focus on early identification of situations that stimulate the crisis or indications of mental health destabilization. We aim to train individuals or groups how to reduce the intensity of an individual's emotional, mental, physical and behavioral reactions to a crisis.
